Taste: Fragrance copy on the palate, sour pomegranate candies, grapefruit, orange peel, pith, lemon balm, thyme, cloves, berries, subtly rooty, resinous and conifer-like, rather good sugar and acid balance, full-bodied and long, warming chilli and ginger pungency in the finish.
