Fragrance: Very typical rum ester top notes, bourbon barrel accents, banana-like, malty and grainy, a great deal of vanilla, mocha, coconut, malt candy, toffee, tangerine, orange peel, apple, banana, nutmeg, artichoke. Taste: Massive body, rather little rum typicality, very strongly estery and yeasty, leathery, smoky and coal-like, delicately iodic, some banana ester, rosehip, coffee, nougat, caramel, cinnamon, cloves, coconut, dark chocolate, a touch of orange peel, delicate ginger and chilli pungency, pear juice sweetness, rather well balanced, full-bodied, persistently warming length in the finish.
